The Center organizes various research programs and joint research project, while cooperating with local government and businesses, associations, and institutions inside and outside of the university. It provides solutions by making the best use of academic specialties in humanities and social sciences and establishes policy science for the path to regional regeneration in the contemporary global economy. The Center conducts researches on the reconstruction of social system in regions facing difficult living conditions due to depopulation and the management of new business creation that makes use of local resources.
